At Kingdom Print & Supply, we are committed to delivering high-quality DTF supplies and custom products. Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
To maintain product integrity and prevent misuse, the following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:
Custom DTF transfers, gang sheets, or made-to-order items
Personalized or modified products
Opened or used consumables (including DTF ink, powder, and film)
Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
These restrictions are in place due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our products and are standard within the industry.
We only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be in original, sealed packaging
Item must be unused and in resellable condition
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method will only be granted at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
Incorrect item was sent by our team
Product arrives damaged or defective
This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure fair use of our return system.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
Upon verification, we will determine whether to:
Replace the product
Issue store credit
Issue a refund (if applicable)
All resolutions are handled at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
User error (including incorrect application, printer settings, or handling)
Improper storage or environmental damage
Color variations due to screen/display differences
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Minor variations that do not affect product performance
By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for proper product use.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Kingdom Print & Supply reserves the right to:
Refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with this policy
Limit or deny service to customers suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation
Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
All decisions regarding returns and refunds are made at our sole discretion and are final.
