All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

-Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time

-Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected carrier at checkout.

Typical delivery timeframes:

📍 Incorrect Addresses

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

-You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

-Provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the damaged packaging and product

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable
